Arrival
To make the most of your spa experience we suggest you arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time and enjoy the Relaxation Area. Please bear in mind that all spa treatments need to end on time and a late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly.
Attire
For the comfort and convenience of Copacabana Palace Hotel guests a spa bathrobe will be placed in your hotel room before the scheduled treatment time.
Changing Facilities
There are separate male and female changing facilities and saunas. Lockers are available to store personal possessions during treatments. Jewellery and articles of value should be left in your hotel room safe, as the Spa does not take responsibility for the loss of personal objects of value.
Opening Hours
The Copacabana Palace Spa is open seven days a week between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00. |

Reservations
We highly recommend advance booking in order that we can offer you a range of appointment times to suit you. To make a booking please telephone 55 21 2548 7070 or email spa@copacabanapalace.com.br
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule the treatment you have booked, please advise the Spa Team six hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee or 50% of the treatment price.
Personal Medical Advice
Please advise our staff should you be pregnant or should you have any medical restrictions. |
